Welcome to the official myXchange homepage
myXchange is a group of Open Source enthusiasts, bloggers and other geeky types that get together every three weeks or so. We normally talk about things IT and Web related, while having coffee (amongst other beverages) and having a great time all round. You don't have to speak geek to join here, but it helps. We also Xchange advice and ideas in an open source spirit and regularly collaborate on projects.
Our aim is to have input from parties of a wide variety skills bases and to raise the level of qualification/experience of new and up-and-coming developers, programmers and designers. WE ARE A NON-COMMERCIAL, NON-PROFIT ORGINISATION.
On this site you will find an events calendar for keeping track of our meetings, an index of members who attend on a regular basis, our planet that'll keep you up to date with our members' and contributors' latest blog posts, a forum for those in need of some assistance, a link to our Wiki and a contact form which I am sure I don't need to explain the use of.
We also have a Freedom Toaster which is situated at The Freedom Café behind the Red House, Knysna Road in George. Come in and grab yourself some open source goodies if you're in the area.
